Shipping Policy
We offer shipping throughout the United States via USPS and UPS, and worldwide via FedEx and DHL or PEL. Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the order and the destination.
⏱️ Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Customers can expect to receive their orders within 3-7 business days (depending on location).
Peak periods & weather: During holidays or severe weather, there may be delays. We are not responsible for delays or damages that occur during shipping – these are the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Worldwide delivery: Asia, Africa, North & South America, Antarctica, Europe, Australia – maximum transit 7 days.
Return Policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in original packaging, new & unused condition.
We do not accept returns on live animals. (turtles, tortoises, hatchlings).
🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
💰 Once we receive and confirm the returned item meets criteria, we issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear.
Damaged/defective items: Contact us immediately. We may ask for photos to understand the issue and make it right.
